Tropical Plastics started production in 2018.
Because of the increasing success of Tropical Trade & Industries (TTI) mr. TP line of syrups and the foresight of increasing costs of raw materials TTI decided to secure their supply chain. The design of an own bottle would only add to the brand’s popularity and set it apart it from the competitor.
After a study of the cost and supply chain benefits a world renown supplier of machines was chosen to provide machinery and design the new mr TP bottle together with our team of designers. Tropical Plastics also offered other sizes of bottles for TTI and has an expansion plan for 2021 and 2022.
In 2020 an own supply chain proofed its importance when the worlds supplies were shaken by the pandemic.
Tropical Plastics makes PET bottle packaging for TTI’s beverages and pharmaceutical products. The factory currently produces 5 different sized bottles in a 18 hour shift cycle.
